One weekend of sunshine and I already feel the summer heat making its way over to the west coast. That intense warmth that produces a tingling glow, in the sky and on your skin. That sweet summer sun that sets fire to the sky. After a long day’s hike on the West Coast Trail, or after a day well spent on the shore - I’m reminded how lucky I am to call Vancouver Island my home. 18 days until spring and then a few short months until the summer. The countdown is on.
