PART I:

  • A hands-on charcuterie styling experience, creating your very own personalized board to enjoy throughout the evening and take home

  • A curated selection of fine wine and non-alcoholic beverages served throughout the evening


PART II:

  • An intimate, professionally guided painting experience with all materials (including apron & 8” x 10” canvas)

  • A gorgeous table scape to set the tone and elevate your evening social & painting experience

  • Your finished painting, inspired by the Okanagan Valley, artfully created and ready to take home

Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable. If for any reason you are unable to join us, a refund will be provided only if your spot can be filled.

About YOUR PRIVATE event

Whether it be a staff party, gathering at your business, or meaningful life event that we’re celebrating — let’s do it from the comfort of your own space. You curate your group of 12-48 and I’ll curate your palette. I’ll bring my painting supplies to you. No previous painting skills required. Once you have a group together then just fill out the form below and we’ll get started.

Please note, Holiday Events from Nov-Dec book rather quickly

Your event must have a minimum of 12 participants - 48 maximum

Corporate events with a larger audience are possible

FAQ

  • These events are designed for all levels, with step-by-step instructions. You’ll learn to use the tools and mix colours, guiding you to complete your own painting.

  • PRIVATE EVENTS:

    If you have a group of 12-24 ready to paint then I’ll come to you! Does anyone in your group have a home or business location that can fit 12-24 comfortably?

    Please note: all private events must be in Nanaimo. Any travel outside of Nanaimo will require a travel fee.

    PUBLIC EVENTS

    Locations will vary.

    1. Yourself and comfy clothes

    2. Send me your song requests/ playlist

    3. Show up 5 minutes before the start time — please try to be on time

  • Here is what I need from you to make that happen:

    • enough space for your guests (12-24 ppl total)

    • an accessible sink & space for my supplies and your group to use *recommended

    • enough seats/ chairs for your guests

    What I take care of:

    • 10 tables (max 24 seats)

    • all art supplies and instruction & you take care of the snacks and beverages!

    • access to event space a minimum of 1-2 hours before the event to set up

    • Must take place within Nanaimo.

    • Outside of Nanaimo? A reasonable travel fee will apply.

  • Payment

    This can be made via e-transfer. A FULL payment upon booking is required to secure your seat. This will ensure I have enough time to gather supplies to make your experience wonderful and one to remember.

    Refund Policy

    Paint Night seats are non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your seat to a friend should you be unable to attend.
